This document provides a summary of the FlexGIA™ Policy Form, one of four standard policy forms used by IAC™ Insurers. The FlexGIA™ Policy Form may only be issued by IAC™ Insurers which are Investors Guaranty Assurance Type life|assurance companies, and who have been licensed for a specific FlexGIA™ Policy Forms. 

This Policy Form is Version 5.0 for USDollar applications. It is specifically design only for use in USD transactions. Other similar FlexGIA™ Policy Forms apply to other currencies.
